 I had a major problem with my PC. A virus had caused the system to lock and it had also blocked off the obvious option of F8 and then command prompt to reset the system to a date prior to the virus intrusion. I took the machine to Ycs Computers at 11 O'Clock. By 4.30, they had resolved the situation and my machine was up and running with my data saved.
